The Late Shift was an online late-night show that aired over 13 episodes. The show was shot during the COVID-19 pandemic and was restricted to a home studio. The show had to adapt to the changed environment of a home studio and it was important to create a set and vibe that was still engaging for audiences and where guests could easily join the show live from their homes via webcam. This was creatively achieved by placing a TV monitor in the right framing, so it looked like guests were actually in the studio rather than just on a split screen zoom call. Nick creatively oversaw the vision and style of the show.
